Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You'll have full access to all features on your chosen plan from day one.
What counts as an order?
An order is any sales order pulled in from a connected channel — Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc. Each fulfilled or unfulfilled order counts toward your monthly limit. Orders that are cancelled or refunded before fulfillment do not count.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What is ERP integration?
ERP integration lets you push orders directly from Okomano into your ERP system (such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar) the moment they're placed, keeping your finance, inventory, and operations data in sync automatically. This is available on the Pro plan.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available with a discount compared to monthly. Contact us to switch to annual.
